With digital signage, the customer completes a broader element of his Omnichannel strategy. An important point for finally deciding to install digital signage was a specially designed software component called “Smart Select.” This allows the branch manager to rapidly and simply change the decoration of the front line as well as the content on the screen.
The Hervis Future Store and leading branch in Haid bei Linz is equipped with 45 Public Displays from LG and their aforementioned software and hardware components from Peakmedia. The majority of the screens were installed vertically in the storefront sections. In each of the register and fitting room areas there are screens to be used for infotainment and supplemental sales.
